- Municipal Bylaws
The council of a municipality may make bylaws subject to the approval of the Highway Traffic Board:
- prohibiting the use of school bus safety lights and stop arms,
- authorizing the operation of snowmobiles on any highway or portion of a highway designated in the bylaw.
These municipal bylaws are subject to the approval of the Highway Traffic Board prior to becoming enforceable.
Please send an original copy of the bylaw to our office for approval.
